4 whole chicken breasts (deboned)
You can use the breast fillets
8 strips bacon
1 small jar chipped beef
1/2 pint sour cream
1 can mushroom soup
Directions:
Directions:
Wrap each breast with a slice of bacon. Line baking dish with chipped beef and place chicken on top. Combine sour cream, and soup and pour over chicken. Cover with foil and bake for 2-1/2 hours at 300 degrees. Uncover and bake for 30 minutes longer.
Serves 4.

This is a favorite of my family. My nephews wife Lisa Stewart cooked this on the week-end for her family. Tim, Blake and Lisa love this dish. This is just a unique dish with the chipped beef. I dedicate this recipe to my nephew Tim Stewart and his wife Lisa Stewart, their son Blake Stewart, and their son Scott Stewart who is now in heaven. Recently our Tim went to heaven and we miss him so much. It is just not the same without Tim. When he was just a teenager he would come spend every week-end with us. He loved being here with me, James, Rene' and Tammy.
