1/4 cup sweet piquanté pepper
1/2 cup giardiniera
1 clove garlic
4 oz. PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese
2 Tbsp. POLLY-O Original Ricotta Cheese
1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
18 TRISCUIT Cracked Pepper & Olive Oil Cracker
fresh chives
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Drain peppers and pickled vegetables well. Place them in a food processor and pulse 2-3 times to roughly chop them up. Set aside in a large mixing bowl. Add garlic, Neufchatel cheese, ricotta and Parmesan to the food processor and blend until smooth. Fold mixtures together. Add 1 level tablespoon of topping to each TRISCUIT Cracker and garnish with some chopped chives and a dash of paprika.
