1 onion, chopped
1 yellow bell pepper, cut into 1" pieces
1 green pepper, cut into 1" pieces
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into 1" pieces
1 clove garlic, minced
1 C orange juice
1/4 C water
1/2 t salt
1 T curry powder
3/4 C whipping cream
2 T cornstarch
Hot cooked rice
cashew pieces

Directions:
Directions:
In crockpot, combine onion, peppers, chicken, garlic, orange juice, water, salt, and curry powder. Cook on low 8 hours.

In a small bowl, combine whipping cream and cornstarch. Blend with whisk. Stir into crockpot, turn up heat and cook until sauce thickens. Serve over rice and top with cashew pieces.
