2 C leftover beef, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1/4 C red wine vinegar
2 T mixed pickling spices tied in a small piece of cheese cloth
1/4 t Worcestershire sauce
1 C gravy (leftover or canned)
1/2 t salt
1/8 t pepper
1/2 C port wine with 1 T cornstarch dissolved in it

Directions:

Sauté meat and onion. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for one hour or longer. Serve over rice.
