Pastry for a two-crust pie
1 1/2 lbs. Minced Pork
2 Medium Potatoes grated
1/2 Cooking Onion grated
4-5 Cloves Garlic grated
Savoury, Pepper, Salt To Taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown Meat in a large frying pan until nearly Cooked. Grate Vegetables in Food Processor if available and add to Meat Mixture. Cook on low heat until potatoes are cooked adding a small amount of water to keep the filling moist. Cool and fill pie shell add top crust and bake @375 for 30-40 min. until pastry is cooked and lightly browned.

If preferred make individual pies and cook for only 30 min. approx.
