Crust:
1/2c. Butter
1/3c. Sugar
1/4tsp. Vanilla
3/4c. Flour
2/3c. Nuts (optional)

Filling:
8oz. Cream Cheese
1/4c. Sugar
1 Egg
1/2tsp. Vanilla

Topping:
1 Large Can of Pears (well drained)
1tsp. Sugar
1tsp. Cinnamon

Crust:
Blend all the above ingredients and pour into pan. Bake at 350º for 9 minutes.

Filling:
Blend the above ingredients and put into refrigerator for 15 minutes. Then spread over the crust. You do not have to spread to the edges.

Topping:
Arrange the drained pears on the top of the filling mixture and sprinkle with Sugars & Cinnamon. Place in the oven at 375º and bake for 25 minutes. Remove let cool at room temperature, then cover and place in fridge.
