1 Pckg. Small Shell Pasta, cooked al dente and drained
Garlic Salt
4 chopped Jalapeno peppers plus 2 T. Juice
1 c. Hellman's Mayonnaise mixed with juice of 1 Lime
1 Green Chopped Pepper
1 small Can Pimentos
2/3 c. Chopped Onion
1 c. Chopped Celery

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and drain pasta. While still warm, sprinkle generously with garlic salt. Pour Hellman's mixture over at once. Must be mixed thoroughly while pasta is warm. Add remaining ingredients and sprinkle with celery seeds.

Make one day ahead so it can meld together. On second day, add more Hellman's as needed and more lime juice if desired. Adjust salt and pepper and enjoy.
