1 c. Milk
1 c. Pillsbury Flour
1/2 t. Salt
1 T. Crisco Oil

Directions:
Directions:
In mixing bowl, combine eggs, milk, flour and salt. Beat 1 1/2 minutes with blender. Add salad oil, beat an addition 1/2 minute (don't over beat).

Fill 6-8 well greased** preheated custard cups or popover pan 1/2 full. Bake in a very hot oven (475) for 15 minutes; reduce heat to 360 and bake for 25 minutes more or until browned and firm.

A few minutes before removing from oven, prick each popover with skewer to allow steam to escape.

**Do not use butter to grease the pans.
