1 1/2 lbs Ground Beef
3 TBLS Brown Sugar
2 TBLS Worchestershire Sauce
2 TBLS Vinegar
1/2 bottle Catsup
1 Onion (medium)
1 Stalk Celery (diced)
1 Green Pepper (diced)
1 Cup Water (if/as needed)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef, onion, celery & green pepper. Drain. Add sauce & simmer an hour or more. Best the next day.
