31/1 cups all-purpose flour
11/2 tsp salt
1 tsp nutmeg
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
3 cups sugar
1 cup canola oil
4 eggs
2/3 cups of water
2 cups pumpkin
11/2 cups of chopped pecans or walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Sift into large bowl flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and sugar. Add 1 cup of oil, 4 eggs beaten, 2/3 cup of water, 2 cups of pumpkin and 11/2 cups of chopped nuts. Mix until all dry ingredients are moistened. Bake in 3 small loaf pans that have been greased and floured for 1 hour at 350 degrees
