2 Cups Flour
1 1/4 Cups Sugar
1 Cup Buttermilk (add 1 TBLS vinegar & 1 tsp baking soda) to regular milk)
2 Eggs
1/2 Cup Butter ( or a little more)
1 tsp Vanilla

1 Stick Butter (more or less)
Cup Brown Sugar (more or less)
1 Can Pineapple Slices (drained)
Marchino Cherries

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter & sugar, add eggs. Alternate flour & buttermilk to mixture. Add vanilla.
In a kettle, mix brown sugar & butter. Pour into 9x13" pan. Lay pineapple slices on top of that. Put cherries in center of pineapple slices. Pour batter over & bake at 350 for 30-35 mins.
