1 c. sour cream
1/2 c oil
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla

1 c. raisins
1 apple diced

1 c. flour
1 c. bran
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
Directions:
Directions:
Mix sour cream, oil, egg and vanilla together. Add raisins and apple. Mis together dry ingredients. Add to sour cream mixture. Bake at 350º for 20-25 min. Delicious!
