1 c brown sugar
2 Tbsp flour
1/8 tsp salt

2 c seedless raisins
2 c boiling water

3 Tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp lemon zest
1 Tbsp butter
Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar flour and salt well. Add raisins and boiling water.Cook until thickened either in microwave or on stove top. Add lemon juice,zest and butter. Cool and pour into pie crust.

This is Uncle Brian's favorite pie, although apparently he has a gas problem when he eats too much.
