1/2 lb brown soup beans
left over meat on bone
1 medium onion chopped
1/2 stalk leek, puree
parsley
3 bouillon cubes
water
6 medium potato, chopped into squares
ground beef sausage

Directions:
Directions:
over night soak beans so they get soft drain
cook meat on bone in water till meat is coming off bone, remove bone than cut up meat
add beans, meat, onions, leek, parsley, bouillon cubes, to water you cooked bone in
ground beef sausage is to be cooked down in soup
Either cook in steamer (pressure cooker) 1/2 hour or 1-11/2 hour in normal cooking pot on medium heat
add potatoes about 20 minutes to normal pot or to steamer 5 minutes before serving
Taste soup add broth or parsley for taste
add hotdogs to warm up and serve with soup
