1 c. fresh strawberries
1 1/4 c. xxx confectioners sugar
1 box white or yellow cake mix
1 c. shredded coconut
8 oz. cream cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake according to package directions. Grease and flour 9 x 13 cake pan. Layer approximately 1 cup or more of coconut on bottom of pan. Pour half of the mixed cake batter over the coconut. Cream together cream cheese, confectioners sugar and 1 c. fresh mashed strawberries. Drop cream cheese mixture in large dollops over cake mix. Pour remaining half of cake mix over top. Bake at 350º for 28 to 30 minutes. Do not over bake. Sweetened fresh strawberries can be poured over the top as desired..
