1 1/2 pounds pork tenderloin
1 tsp allspice
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1 tbsp olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the dry ingredients, then mix in the olive oil. Rub the mixture over all sides of the pork. Marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.

Roast the pork for 400ºF for 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165ºF. Turn the pork over periodically while cooking. Let rest for 5 minutes, slice, and serve.º

As with all pork tenderloins, convection baking is best (just reduce the temperature to 375).
