3 T. corn starch
2 T. soy sauce
1/3 c. cider vinegar
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. garlic salt
2 lb. lean pork, cubed
1 T. cooking oil
20 oz. can pineapple chunks
1/4 c. water
rice

Directions:
Directions:
In medium mixing bowl, combine 2 T. corn starch with soy sauce. Add pork cubes and toss until all pieces are covered. Heat oil in heavy skillet until hot but not smoking. Add pork cubes and fry until browned. Remove browned pork to absorbent paper to drain. Remove any remaining oil from skillet. Drain pineapple, reserving syrup. Return meat cubes to skillet and add pineapple syrup, vinegar, brown sugar, and garlic salt. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes. Dissolve remaining corn starch in water and add to pan, stirring constantly until sauce is thickened and translucent. Add pineapple and heat through. Serve on a bed of rice.
