8 oz cream cheese, softened
2/3 c sour cream
1/2 c green onions, minced
8 slices bacon, crisp, finely diced or 1/3 c bacon bits
salt and pepper to taste
2 T minced parsley, finely minced
2 T butter, melted
9 medium potato

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and boil potatoes until tender. Drain and return to pan, low heat, shaking to dry potatoes. Cream together, cream cheese and sour cream with electric mixer. Add hot potatoes one at a time to cream mixture and continue beating until no lumps. Add onions, bacon, salt and pepper to taste. Put in Pam-sprayed casserole. Drizzle melted butter over top. Bake 375º for 25 to 30 minutes or until hot through. Remove and sprinkle with parsley.
