2 chicken breasts
1/4 c. apricot jam
1 1/2 tsp light soy sauce
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. honey
1 tsp. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Spray pan with cooking spray. Put chicken in pan. Combine remaining ingredients and brush 1/2 of mixture over chicken. Broil 5-6 minutes. Turn chicken over and brush remaining mixture over chicken. Broil until juices run clear.
