Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Crust:
1cup COLD butter/margarine/lard
2 cups flour
Filling:
2 pints fresh blueberries
1 tablespoon flour
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon lemon juice (or 1/2 lemon)
1/2 cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Crust (top & bottom):
Take 1 cup of COLD butter/margarine/lard cut it into a bowl of 2 cups flour. Just cut in the butter until it resembles coarse crumbs. Then, form it into two balls, cover, and place in the fridge for about an hour. Then roll out one ball, place in a pie pan, and bake for 8 minutes at 450.

In a pan/skillet, mix 1 1/4 pints of blueberries with the flour, butter, lemon juice, and sugar. Cook (stirring continuously) until the blueberry's pop open and the sauce thickens. If the sauce still looks too runny, add a little more flour.
Pour the remaining, uncooked blueberry's in the pie crust and cover with the cooked blueberry sauce. Then, cover the pie with the second ball of crust (you can make a fancy topping if you want). Cover the edges of the pie with aluminum foil so they don't burn. Bake at 450 for 10-15 minutes. If the edges of the pie aren't done enough, remove the aluminum foil and bake for another 5 minutes. Let cool.
