1/2 c salsa
2 tbsp. miracle whip or mayo
1/2 tsp. chili powder
8 6" flour tortillas (or any size you want)
3 chicken breasts, cooked and sliced (3/4 lb.)
1 c. Mexican style shredded cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Combine salsa, miracle whip or mayo, and chili powder. Spread evenly onto bottom half of tortillas. Top with chicken and cheese. Fold in half to enclose filling. Cook in skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat 4-5 minutes on each side till golden brown and cheese is melted. Cut into 3 wedges.
