8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 lb. or 4 c. powdered sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1-3 tsp. grated orange peel
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Blend cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, vanilla and orange peel until smooth and creamy. Stir in nuts. Frosts two 9 inch rounds or one 9x13 cake.

Over the years we have had fun playing with this frosting. You can decorate the cake and put chopped nuts in a heart shape for Valentines Day or an initial for someones birthday. Have fun and make it beautiful to bless someone.
