3 lb.s baby red potatoes
1/2 pound butter
2. T. minced garlic
1 T. pepper
1 T. salt
1-2 sprigs fresh rosemary leaves

Directions:

Cook potatoes until fork tender in boiling water. Drain. Add butter, garlic, pepper, salt and rosemary. Smash with large spoon while mixing all ingredients together.

We love these potatoes! Tay used to bring home leftovers from the restaurant and we would fry them up for breakfast the next morning. Be careful with the salt as it is easy to over salt this dish. I use my scale to weigh the potatoes to get the ratio right.
