Hamburger Meat
2 Eggs
1 C. Milk
Flour
Salt
Pepper
Garlic Salt
Oil to cook hamburger patties in.

Directions:
Directions:
Form desired number of hamburger patties, fairly thick and season each side with salt, pepper and garlic salt. Dip each hamburger pattie in an egg wash, consisting of a mixture of eggs, milk, salt and pepper in a bowl. Place flour in a plate and place each dipped pattie in the plate and cover both sides with flour. Repeat the egg wash and flour steps for a better coating.

In a hot skillet with oil, place hamburger patties and cook till brown. Turn and brown other side. Reduce heat and cook until done, flipping occasionally.

Serve with gravy.
