2 cups flour
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp milk
3/4 cup lukewarm water
1 tsp any type of yeast

2 cups scalded milk
2 cups potato water
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
2 tsp salt
4 eggs
approx 14 cups flour
2 pkgs yeast dissolved in 1/2 cup warm water & 1 tsp sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Beat all ingredients with mixer, adding flour until thick enough to knead by hand.

Rise 2 hours, punch down, rise 1 hour more.
Pat buns with soft butter.
Space apart from each other and flatten.
Back 350º till browned.
