1/2 lb 3 Tbsp margarine/butter
4 cups 3.4 cup onion
2 cups 1/3 cup celery
3 cups 2/3 cups carrots
50 oz 1 can cream of chicken soup
2 quarts 1 1/2 cups milk
1 1/2 quarts 1 1/2 cups water
5 lbs 3/4 lb Velveeta Cheese
1 tbsp 1/2 tsp black pepper

Saute onion, celery, carrots in butter.
Add rest of ingredients.
