Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1-1/2 tsp. Plus 3/4 C. Butter, divided
3 C. Sugar
3/4 C. Heavy Whipping Cream
12 oz. Vanilla or White Chips
1 Jar (7 oz.) Marshmallow Creme
3 tsp. Orange Extract
12 Drops Yellow Food Coloring
5 Drops Red Food Coloring

Directions:
Directions:
Line a 9”x13” pan with foil, then coat with 1-1/2 tsp. butter, or use non-stick cooking spray. In a heavy saucepan, combine the sugar, whipping cream and 3/4 cup of butter. Cook and stir over low heat until sugar is dissolved. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 4 minutes. Remove from the heat; stir in chips and marshmallow creme until smooth. Remove 1 cup and set aside.

Add orange extract and food coloring to remaining mixture; stir until blended. Pour into prepared pan. Drop the reserved marshmallow mixture by tablespoonfuls over top; cut through mixture with a knife to swirl to resemble marble look. Cover and refrigerate until set. Lift fudge out with foil as it makes it easier to cut into squares.

For Peppermint Fudge: Use 1 tsp. red food coloring and 4 tsp. peppermint extract (for a mild peppermint flavor).

For Vanilla Fudge: Add 2 tsp. vanilla and desired amount (1-1/2 cups) chopped pecans or your choice of nuts, after removing from heat. No need to reserve a cup since there is no food coloring added.

For Chocolate Fudge: Use chocolate chips and 1 tsp. vanilla with desired nuts.
