1 Box 16 oz. Graham Crackers (will need whole crackers as well as one cup of crushed crackers)
1-1/2 Sticks Butter
1 C. Sugar
1 Egg
1/2 C. Milk
1 C. Pecans, chopped
1 C. Coconut

Frosting:
2 C. Powdered Sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla
4 T. (½ stick) Butter
3 T. Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Line a 9”x13” pan with whole graham crackers. Melt the butter in a saucepan and add sugar. Beat the egg and milk together; add to butter mixture and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add the nuts, coconut and 1 cup of graham cracker crumbs. Pour over the crackers in the pan. Cover with another layer of whole graham crackers.

Frosting:
Beat all the ingredients together and spread over the top layer of crackers.
Chill - Cut into squares.
