1 cup Peanut butter(Jiff)
1 cup Shortening
1 cup Brown Sugar
1 cup Granulated Sugar
2 Eggs
2 tsp. Baking Soda
2 1/4 cups Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
mix peanut butter, shortening, brown sugar and granulated sugar together.
Add eggs and continue mixing.
mix in dry ingredients to creamed mixture until ingredients are thoroughly combined
Roll dough into balls the size of walnuts.
Place on greased cookie sheet, flatten in crisscross fashion with a fork
bake 15 minutes
