Ingredients:
Ingredients:
14 oz pizza crust
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese
5 strips of bacon, cooked & chopped into small pieces
1/4 cup of steamed spinach (or to taste)
3 large eggs
1/2 Tablespoon parsley (I used dried)
1/2 Tablespoon fresh dill (I just ripped it, you could chop it)
salt & pepper
olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
Lightly brush the pizza crust with olive oil then sprinkle on the mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
Cook the bacon then sprinkle over the top of the cheese.
Cook the spinach (I used a frozen, steamer bag) then sprinkle over the top of the bacon and cheese.
Crack the eggs onto the pizza and sprinkle with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Lower the oven temperature down to 375 degrees and place the pizza on the lowest rack (either directly on the rack, or on a cookie sheet. I used a cookie sheet).
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until eggs are set.

Remove from oven and sprinkle with parsley, dill and more cheese, if you'd like.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I am a fan of eggs over-easy. So I when I make this pizza, I crack the eggs over the pizza and then bake it. This helps to keep the middle of the eggs nice and runny. If you prefer scrambled, scramble your eggs and sprinkle them over the pizza after it has baked for a while.
