Mixed Greens
Pear or Apple
Candied Walnuts
Gorgonzola Cheese
Cranberries

Vegetable Oil
Sugar
Lemon Juice
Onion
Dijon Mustard
Poppyseeds

Directions:
Directions:
Mix lettuce, walnuts, cheese, dried cranberries. When ready to serve peel and slice 1-2 pears or apples.

Poppy Seed Dressing:
2/3 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup lemon juice
2 teaspoons finely chopped onions
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons poppy seeds

Mix all ingredients (except poppy seeds) in a blender until smooth. Add poppy seeds when mixed. Dressing can be stored up to one week.
