2 lb. Eye of Round
8-10 carrots
Full Stalk celery
5 red potatoes
1 can Kernel Corn (any brand is fine)
1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Paprika
32 oz. Beef Broth
3 cloves Garlic
1/2 cup Worcestershire
1 x 1 gal zip lock bag.

Directions:
Directions:
Add flour, salt, black pepper, and paprika to Zip lock bag and mix thoroughly.
Cube Beef into 1" cubes and add to zip lock bag, seal bag and shake well.
Place to the side.
Cube Potatoes in 1 " cubes
Cut all Carrots to 3/8" slices.
Cut full celery stalk to 3/8" slices
Mince peeled garlic cloves.

Add all ingredients to crock pot or pressure cooker.

Add Beef Broth, Worcestershire and additional water if needed.

Pressure Cooker: Cook on Hi for 45 minutes
Crock Pot: Cook covered on Med-Hi for 2-3 hours
