Garlic--2 bulbs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp sugar
half a lemon
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 tsp coarse ground pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Smash the garlic, then chop it into bits. Add salt and sugar. Grind to a paste. Squeeze the lemon into the paste, mix in the olive oil and pepper. Shake or stir vigorously before serving.

So tasty on green salad. Do not refrigerate. We keep it on the counter in a closed glass dressing container.
