Ingredients:
Ingredients:
6-9 Pork chops or boneless loin chops
2 eggs
4 Tbsp water
2 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
Oil for frying chops

Glaze:
2 tbsp. butter or margarine
1 tbsp. chopped garlic
1 1/2 cups honey
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp ginger
dash of Cayenne pepper
1/2 cup soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk the eggs and 4 tbsp water together in a shallow dish, set aside.
In another shallow dish combine flour, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Dip the chops in the flour, then into the egg, and back to the flour one more time.
Have about 1/2 deep oil hot in fry pan. Brown chops about 6 minutes on each side. Try not to turn the chops more than 2 times so the breading stays on. Remove to a 9x13 baking dish. (cake pan)
Saute the garlic in the butter using the same pan. Add the honey, soy sauce, brown sugar, cayenne pepper and ginger. Bring to a boil and reduce to low and simmer for 5 minutes. Watch carefully as this will foam and may boil over,
Pour half of the glaze over the chops, flip the chops over and pour remaining half of glaze over the chops.
Place chops uncovered in a pre heated 350 oven for about 20-25 minutes. This sets the glaze and finishes cooking time.
