Ingredients:
You will need a bunch of long cocktail toothpicks

1lb. of frozen 1" Meatballs, thawed
1 large can of Pineapple chunks, drain and save juice
2 Green Peppers, cut into 1" pieces
1/2c. dark brown Sugar
1/4c. Vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
In a baking pan, bake the meatballs at 350º for about 30 minutes until browned. Remove from oven, drain any grease or liquid. In a microwave bowl, microwave the green pepper pieces for a minute or so, until slightly tender.

Start with a toothpick, place a piece of pineapple, then meatball, and then green pepper. Repeat this until all your ingredients are depleted. You should end up with 20-25 kabobs.

In a small bowl, combine the pineapple juice, vinegar and brown sugar, stir until mixed thoroughly, adding a little more brown sugar if needed so the sauce is not too thick. Dip each skewer into the sauce or drizzle over the top of each. Place the skewers on a cookie sheet or baking pan. Keep warm in the oven at 200º until ready to serve.
