1 large bag herbed stuffing bread cubes
2 cups white rice, cooked
1 sleeve saltine crackers, crushed
1 lb. bulk breakfast sausage
2 cups chopped celery
1 large onion, chopped
7 cups low sodium chicken broth/stock
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp. dried sage
1 Tbsp. poultry seasoning
3 eggs, beaten
1/4 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º F. Place bread cues in a large mixing bowl. Add the rice and crackers. Cook sausage until brown. Saute' the onion and celery in the butter until transparent and add to the bread cube mixture. Add the stock, seasonings and eggs and mix well. Pour into a greased baking dish and bake until set and golden brown (approx. 45 minutes).

This is a great Thanksgiving stuffing. You can also saute' and add oysters and fresh mushroom to this for the best oyster dressing ever.
