french bread croutons(compliments soups and salads)

1 leftover loaf of stale french bread cut into cubes.

place in large bowl and toss with enough olive oil to cover all cubes.sea salt to taste, fresh ground pepper to taste and sesame seeds(optional) and freshly grated parmesan cheese.(optional)



place in bowl and serve with soup or salad.

place on shallow baking sheet and bake at 350 for 1/2 hour checking to assure the cubes don't get too brown. they should be golden and not over cooked.
