4 cups elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup sour cream
4 Tbsp. butter, cubed
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º F. Place cooked, drained, hot macaroni in a large bowl and add the cheddar cheese. In a separate bowl, combine the remaining ingredients and add to the macaroni mixture. Pour the mixture into a casserole dish and bake for 30-45 minutes. Top with additional cheese if desired.

Personal Notes:
When you cook the macaroni, make sure it is totally done/soft. If it is aldente it will absorb more moisture during the baking, making the casserole dry.
