1 lb. bacon, cubed
1 head cabbage, thinly shredded
1 medium onion, peeled and chopped
2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 lb. egg noodles, cooked and drained
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pot or Dutch oven, cook bacon over medium/high heat until crisp. Crumble bacon and set aside. Leave the bacon drippings in the pan and add the cabbage, onion, vinegar and salt. Cook over medium/high heat for 8 minutes or until cabbage is wilted and soft while stirring occasionally. (Add more vinegar if moisture is needed to sweat and wilt the cabbage and onion.) Add cooked noodles and bacon. Remove from the heat and stir in the sour cream. Serve warm.
