1 pound hamburger meat
1/4 cup canned, milk
1/4 cup onion, chopped finely
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 egg
2 tablespoons flour
1 stick butter
1 (14 1/2-ounce) can beef consommé

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the egg, milk, onion, salt and pepper. Add ground meat and mix in 2 tablespoons flour. Make meat mixture into meatballs. I used my cookie small cookie scoop to make meatballs. Melt 1 stick butter or margarine in a skillet to brown meatballs in. Meatballs can be prepared ahead of time and frozen or stored in the refrigerator until needed.

Pour 1 can Beef Consomme soup over browned meatballs and simmer 1 hour.
