2 large zucchini(12 in. long and 3 in. in diameter
2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 lbs. hot pork sausage
2 large onions-chopped fine
2 6 oz cans tomato sauce
11/2 tea.garlic powder
1 tea onion powder
1 tea seasoned salt
1 dash pepper sauce
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (divided into 2 servings
2 tab worchestershire sauce
black pepper to taste

Directions:
Cover zucchini with water and boil until tender,remove from water and drain.Cut a slice from top of the squash horizontally and using a spoon,scoop out the pulp forming a boat shaped shell.Save the pulp and place the shells in a large baking dish.Cook beef and sausage in a large skillet.Drain well and put mix into a large bowl.Add onions,tomato sauce and all the seasonings, except the Parmesan cheese.Add pulp to the mixture,but if it is watery drain well first.Fill shells with meat mixture. Bake uncovered for an hour at 350 degrees.Add Parmesan cheese to taste.
