3/4 C. Shortening
1 C. Sugar
1 Egg
4 T. Molasses
2-1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1 tsp. Ginger
Salt - dash
2 Cups Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°.
Mix all ingredients, roll into balls. Roll balls in sugar. Bake at 350º on greased cookie sheet.
