Roasted Cauliflower Recipe

1 head Cauliflower
4 cloves garlic, finely minced
3 Tbl olive oil
1 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper
4 slices bacon, cut into small pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and cut the cauliflower into small pieces, bite size.
In bowl, toss cauliflower with olive oil, garlic salt and pepper.
Arrange bacon pieces on a parchment covered jelly roll pan (with sides).
Partially cook the bacon about 5 min in 325ºF oven.
Arrange the cauliflower in a single layer over the bacon.
Bake at 325 ºf for about 35 minutes. Toss a bit and check for doneness. If undercooked, try another 3-4 minutes and check until done.
Toss the ingredients of the pan well, to fully coat the cauliflower with the oil from the bottom.
Serve hot or at room temperature.
