1 lb. lean ground beef
1 egg
1/2 onion, diced
2/3 c. Italian seasoning breadcrumbs
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 Tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. ketchup

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º F.

In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients except for the ketchup. Place in a lightly greased 5x9in. loaf pan, or form into a loaf and place in a lightly greased 9x13 baking dish.Pour the ketchup over the top of the meatloaf.

Bake for 30 minutes and fork. Bake an additional 15 minutes or until meat is no longer pink.
