Bok choy
BBQ pork
Garlic, 1 clove
White pepper
Soy sauce
Oyster sauce
Fresh Shanghai Noodles
Bean sprouts
Sesame seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Quarter bok choy and place in pot with water and parboil until partially cooked.

Cube pork into 1cm pieces. Mince garlic and saute until pork is browned. Remove from pan and reserve in bowl.

Odd noodles, drained bok choy, white pepper, soy sauce, oyster sauce and bean sprouts. Add enough oyster sauce to make a good sauce.

Cook on medium heat until vegetables are cooked through.

Return pork to wok and toss.

Garnish with sesame seeds and green onion
