3 lb. bacala
3/4 c. olive oil
2 large onions, chopped
2 c. celery, chopped
8 cloves garlic, chopped
1/4 c. fresh parsley, chopped
1 can crushed tomatoes
pinch red pepper
1 can black olives, drained

Directions:

1. Simmer the vegetables in the oil till wilted.

2. Add tomatoes and cook for about 20 min.

3. Add bacala, parsley, and olives and cook for no more than 15 minutes. The bacala will start to break up. When this happens it's done.
