Ingredients:  
1 1/2 cup raisins.
Put in pan of water to cover them. Cook until soft and plump. Don't throw away the juice.
Place in heavy 5 quart saucepan:
1 1/2 cups sour cream
3 egg yolks
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 teas allspice
1/2 teas cloves
2 TBSP cornstarch

Directions:

Stir and begin cooking on medium heat. Add 1 cup of the raisin juice. Bring to a boil until thick-stirring constantly.
Pour in baked crust. Top with beaten egg whites and bake at 400 degrees for about 8-10 minutes.
