1 1/2 cups finely crushed graham crackers
3 Table melted butter
3 Table sugar
Mix and press firmly in 9" springform pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 10 minutes.
Beat with electric mixer until well mixed:
5-8 oz package softened cream cheese
1 cup sugar
3 Table flour
1 Table vanilla
Add:
1 cup sour cream
4 eggs- one at a time

Directions:

Mix very well then pour over crust.
Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour 5 minutes or until center is almost set. Loosen from rim
of pan; cool before removing rim. Regrigerate 4 hours or overnight. Top with favorite fruit topping and garnish.
