Crust:
¾ cup flour 1 egg
Pinch of salt ½ cup milk
3 Tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 pkg regular vanilla pudding
Beat and pour into 10” greased pie pan. Arrange sliced peaches on batter not touching sides.
Cream together:
1 8-oz cream cheese
3 Tablespoons peach syrup
½ cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Beat and put on top of peaches with 1” of edge of pan. Sprinkle with 1 T sugar and ½ teaspoon cinnamon. Bake 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees or until golden brown with soft center.
