3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup margarine
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 egg
3/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp soda
1/2 cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 cup quick oatmeal
1/2 cup raisins
Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Grease cookie sheets. Beat margarine, sugars until light and fluffy. Add egg and vanilla. Blend well. Mix in flour, soda, cinnamon, salt. Stir in oatmeal and raisins.
Drop by rounded spoonfuls 2 inches apart. Bake for 7-10 minutes.
